Our room was brand-new, well-appointed, with big bathroom, which is large. The location was wonderful - very close to the downtown area, many attractions in Lexington as well as the Kentucky Horse Park and several restaurants. Furthermore, easy to walk to town square.

Overall clean hotel in a beautiful building very close to the Historic District, town square for great shopping and Rupp Arena and restaurants in that area. The rooms great-sized, brand-new with an attached bathroom, bright windows. Wonderful, unbeatable location close to many attractions in Lexington as well as the Kentucky Horse Park. Also, easy to get to a private university.

The hotel was charming old and truly exceptional, we had a very nice time and would definitely book again. Everything was perfect! Good staff suggested restaurants. Our room was well-appointed and brand-new, provided with the Belle Breezing bedroom and a college football game, for example. The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walk from an indoor arena.

The hotel was good old and exceptional and placed in a historic-style building. Also, location was ideal and amazing, not very far from an indoor arena. This property was in a fascinating area near to downtown and several historic houses, several restaurants, and many attractions in Lexington as well as the Kentucky Horse Park. A nice size room, a cable TV with on-demand movies, TV set, and a fridge were a nice surprise. Got fresh made breakfasts with the best eggs and pastries, for instance.

The hotel was good old and exceptional, though I stayed for 3 nights only. The breakfast was great and available with excellent coffee, eggs cooked to order plus crisp bacon, the staff were nice and courteous. The location was wonderful, right by downtown and attractions. It also was easy to walk to town square.

The rooms were relaxing, it was neat and huge venue. The breakfast offered was well prepared and delicious with eggs cooked to order, the best eggs, crisp bacon, couldn't have asked for more. The location was super, not very far from Coolavin Park. And the area was lovely, near many attractions in Lexington, and restaurants.
